Can you guarantee I will pass first time?
No provider can promise an APC outcome. Our focus is preparation and confidence; assessment decisions rest with RICS.
What is the current assessment format?
RICS currently describes a 60-minute final assessment interview, including a 10-minute case-study presentation and competency questions. Check official guidance for your pathway and circumstances.
Can I access previous examination questions?
Our questions are original APC-style practice prompts drawn from professional knowledge and published criteria—not confidential interview records or leaked questions.
